Mercy Aigbe Reveals Why She Missed The 2018 AMVCA
Mercy Aigbe reveals why she missed the 2018 AMVCANollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe was missed at the just concluded Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) mainly because fans expected she would have shown up in a killer outfit.
While other top Yoruba actresses like Toyin Abraham, Iyabo Ojo and Faithia Williams attended in exquisite gowns, a lot of Aigbe’s fans waited all night in hope that she would show up.
The actress has now addressed fans who were disappointed by her absence explaining that she was stuck in location.
Aigbe wrote on Instagram:-
“Awww I am not even gonna pretend that I didn’t see all the Comments, all the tags, all the plenty DMs, I feel so loved ???? I was stuck on set, filming the Series ‘Palaver’ directed by @desmondelliot…. pain me sha! But the show had to go on!!!!!!!…..
Super proud of all the DIVAS that graced the red carpet, they all looked magnificent…. Congrats once again to all the winners and all the Nominess……Next year is almost here! And by God’s Grace we all will live to witness it!!!!…Thank you all for the love ❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I love each and everyone of you ????? #amvca2018“
