SUICIDE: 300L MEDICAL STUDENT JUMPS INSIDE RIVER OVER FAILED MBBS EXAM

A 300L medical student has killed himself by jumping into a river in Bayelsa state.
Uzakah Timi Ebiweni a 300level medical student of the Niger Delta University, NDU purportedly killed himself by jumping into Amassoma River in Bayelsa State.
Timi dived into the river after the release of his second MBBS result.
It was gathered that 50 students of which Timi was one, failed the course out of the 169 students that wrote the exam.
Report have it that Timi started giving signals of his intention through his WhatsApp status, by posting a candle light and then changing it to the picture of a candle with its light blown off.
The MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) is usually a serious exam for medical students, as it determines whether a medical student will proceed to the medical school or not.
The incident had since left Timi’s friends and family members in shock.
