BREAKING: PRESIDENT BUHARI FLOORS ATIKU AT THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION TRIBUNAL
Joseph Omoniyi
President Muhammadu Buhari has been declared the continuous Head of state of the federation as he once again defeated the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP candidate in the last presidential election, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar at the Tribunal final judgment, in Abuja.
In a unanimous decision, the Presidential Election Tribunal on Wednesday ruled that President Muhammadu Buhari was ’eminently qualified’ to contest the 2019 elections, an allegation the petitioner had based his challenge upon.
The Tribunal stated that the petitioner could not prove beyond reasonable doubts or mathematical precision his allegations against the respondent.
In their suit, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar had challenged President Buhari’s eligibility and integrity to contest the 2019 Presidential Election
