ARMY ARRESTS UNIMAID STUDENTS POSING AS BOKO HARAM MEMBERS CARRY OUT ROBBERY ATTACKS
Students of the University Of Maiduguri suspected to be disguising as Boko Haram in order to rob their mates have been nabbed by the Army.
According to a video making rounds on social media, the military men who arrested th students alleged they have been attacking and stealing from their colleagues under the guise of Boko Haram;
‘All of them are claiming Boko Haram. What I fear now is that those who went to the University to attack that day may not be Boko Haram. It may be these students trying to attack students and to collect money. They may not be Boko Haram. They may not be Boko Haram. You know if you kill somebody’s goat now, you will shout Boko Haram”.
Recall that on September 15th, soldiers repelled an attack on University of Maiduguri by some men believed to be Boko Haram members. The senior military officer in the trending video believes the suspected Boko Haram members might be students of the school who hid under the cover of Boko Haram to perpetrate their evil act.
