292 STRANDED NIGERIANS ARRIVE FROM SAUDI ARABIA

A total of 292 Nigerians who were stranded in Saudi-Arabia have arrived Nigeria yesterday.

The flight conveying the evacuees arrived late on Tuesday night at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja.

This was disclosed by the Minister for Foreigh Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama via his official twitter handle.

He said a large number of the evacuees are “nursing mothers and children and they are all comfortably settled in hotels under the mandatory 14 days quarantine.”

Several Nigerians stranded in other parts of the world have also appealed to the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs to assist in evacuating them from different countries.
