Borussia Dortmund Knocked Bayern Out Of German Cup
Borussia Dortmund have knocked holders Bayern Munich out of the DFB Pokal following their 3-2 win in the semi-final at the Allianz Arena on Wednesday night.
Dortmund took the lead in the 19th minute but found themselves behind following goals from Javi Martinez and Matt Hummels in the 28th and 41st minutes respectively.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang made it 2-2 in the 69th minute before Ousmane Dembele scored the winner in the 74th minute.
Dortmund will now meet Eintracht Franfurt in the final next month.
In last year’s final, Bayern Munich beat Dortmund 4-3 on penalties after extra-time ended 0-0.
