According to the police prosecutor, Asp Simeon Imhonwa, the accused committed the offences sometimes in August 2016 at No 6 Oduduwa street, GRA Ikeja Lagos.
Simeon said that the offence was contrary to Sections 173 of the Criminal law of Lagos state, 2015.
