14 days after, Lagos Power blackout still on
Contrary to the earlier stance of Ikeja Electric on Power black out for 8 days,stating that the rehabilitation work will involve the replacement of obsolete switch gear panels at the switch room, between 3rd and 10th November, 2017. 14 days after, the blackout is still on.
Some areas have been restored, while others have not.
