Kannywood English movie pulls crowd in Kano

The much awaited Kannywood English movie ‘This is the Way’, produced by Malam Kabiru Musa Jammaje pulled a huge crowd during its showing in Kano.
Thousands of Kannywood fans stormed the cinema house in anticipation of a fun-filled experience. According to many fans, such a crowd has never been recorded.
Kannywood veteran actor and producer, Alhaji Hamisu Lamido Iyantama said the movie came with a unique touch that will positively affect today’s youths and make them more productive.
Similarly, Kannywood director Kamal S. Alkali expressed satisfaction in the way the movie was produced, adding that the artists played according to the script.
The Executive Producer of ‘This is the Way’, Malam Kabiru Jammaje revealed that he gets encouraged by the comments he has been receiving from all angles, adding that what he had introduced into the industry has been litmus to its acceptability by the general public. “This is a sequel to my previous movie ‘There is a Way’ and we have started showing it in Kano. We will proceed to Kaduna, Abuja and Lagos. Hopefully, we have the intention of showing the movie in other neighbouring countries, like Ghana,” he said.
The movie features actors like Abba El-Mustapha, Aminu Ahlan Momo, Ali Nuhu among others. It will be in the market after being shown in various cinemas across the country and neighbouring countries.
