American celebrity couple Rasual Butler and wife, Leah LaBelle lost their lives in a car crash.
Celebrity couple Rasual Butler and Leah LaBelle have both died as a result of injuries sustained in a car crash.
The sad event took place on Wednesday, January 31st, 2018 around 2 a.m. in Studio City, California when Rasual who is former NBA star lost control of his SUV.
According to Billboard, at approximately 2:30 a.m. PT, Butler reportedly lost control of his Range Rover and hit several parking meters before flipping and later slamming his vehicle into a wall.
In the reports from NBC Los Angeles, Butler was speeding “two to three times” the limit. Billboard reached out to the L.A. coroners office to confirm reports.
Rasual Butler during his active career years played 13 seasons in the NBA’s big sides including the Miami Heat, Chicago Bulls, Toronto Raptors, Indiana Pacers and more.
Until her death, Leah LaBelle was an R&B singer who was signed to Epic Records/So So Def Recordings after appearing on the third season of American Idol in 2004.
