China: Mikel Shines, Bags Assist as Tianjin Teda win

Super Eagles captain Mikel Obi claimed an assist as Tianjin Teda snatched victory from the jaws of defeat with their 3-2 home win against Tianjin Quanjian in the Chinese Super League (CSL) on Sunday.
The win was Tianjin Teda’s first of the new campaign after one draw and one defeat in their first two league games.Mikel assisted hat-trick hero Frank Acheampong for Tianjin Teda’s second goal in the 84th minute which made the scpre 2-2.
Acheampong’s other goals were scored in the 16th and 90th minutes.
His former Chelsea teammate, Alexandre Pato, scored Tianjin Quanjian’s first goal on 54 minutes while Anthony Modeste got their second goal in the 78th minute.
The win moved Tianjin Teda up to eighth place on four points in the 16-team CSL table.
