EPL: Mourinho wants Arsenal player to replace Pogba
Mourinho is said to be a big fan of the Wales international and he is ready to take advantage of his contract stand-off at Arsenal in order to lure him to Old Trafford.
Ramsey will cost around £35million with Chelsea and Juventus among the teams also attempting to sign him.
The Sun, UK, reports that Juventus view him as an alternative to Emre Can, who they are hoping to sign on a free transfer, amid fears that Bayern Munich will beat them to the Liverpool ace.
But Mourinho has told Manchester United’s executive vice-chair, Woodward to bring the Arsenal star to Old Trafford.
Pogba’s own future has been the subject of much speculation after the France international has been left out by Mourinho in recent weeks, although the £89m man is expected to stick around.
Mourinho would be keen to bring Ramsey in to replace him, with the Arsenal midfielder likely available at a cut-price fee.
