OYO POLICE COMMAND REMAINS LOYAL TO THE IGP AND THE NIGERIA POLICE FORCE
- Officers and men of the Oyo State Police Command wish to pledge their absolute loyalty to and unflinching support for the Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim K. Idris, and his management team.2.
- We firmly stand by our amiable boss knowing that the Nigeria Police Force under his dynamic and visionary leadership has within the space of time, recorded unprecedented achievements such as vigorous and sustained fight against armed banditry, kidnapping, cattle rustling, militancy, insurgency and other heinous crimes.3.
- We believe in his vision and mission. We are pleased with his reforms, enhanced welfare, and entrenchment of discipline provoked by professionalism which is the hallmark of his administration.
- For these reasons, we resolutely reiterate our unwavering support; and we will dissipate our God-given energy to support him to enable him steer the ship of the Force into the harbour. We will also continue to support him to enable him succeed in the enormous task of providing adequate security throughout the country even as we are committed to rule of law and determined to defend our nascent democracy.
SP Adekunle Ajisebutu,
PPRO, Oyo State.
