Ogu: Super Eagles Are Battle Ready For Croatia

Super Eagles midfielder John Ogu has declared that the team is battle ready for Saturday’s Group D clash against Croatia at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, Completesportsnigeria. com reports.
Gernot Rohr’s men will face the Vatreni at the Kaliningrad Stadium in the group’s second game of the day with Argentina and Iceland also set to clash at the Spartak Stadium.
Ogu, who plays for Israeli club, Hapoel Be’er Sheva, will hope to make his maiden World Cup appearance against the Croats following impressive performances in Nigeria’s friendly defeats against England and Czech Republic.
The Super Eagles have recorded two defeats and one draw in their last three opening games at the World Cup.
The game at the Kaliningrad Stadium will kick-off at 8pm Nigerian time.
