First Super Eagles Call-Up Excites Kelechi Nwakali

FC Porto’s Nigerian midfielder, Kelechi Nwakali has expressed his delight at his first called-up to the Super Eagles gaffer, Gernot Rohr for next month’s 2019 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Seychelles, reportsCompletesportsnigeria.com.
Nwakali is one of the three uncapped playerscalled up for the September 7 clash in Victoria, Seychelles.
Other players handed their first invitation to the Super Eagles are Rotherham United defender Semi Ajayi and Bordeaux midfielder, Samuel Kalu.
“Thank God for my first Super Eagles call up,” Nwakali wrote on his Instagram Page on Friday.
Nigeria are third behind Libya and South Africa in Group E.
