Barely 30 days to the governorship election in Osun state, more than 550,000 people out of 1.6m resgistered voters yet to collect their Permanent Voter Cards.
The INEC National commissioner in charge of Oyo, Osun and Ekiti states, Solomon Soyebi stated this in osogbo at a publication and presentation of electronic voter register to political parties.
Correspondent, Abass Okandeji reports that Soyebi alsoĀ read the riot act on voting buying in the forthcoming Governorship election.

Gathered here are at the INEC headquarters in Osogbo, are the invited representatives of all political party for the collection of electronic voter register.
INEC National commissioner, Solomon Soyebi lamented the culture of vote buying by politicians and promised that the commission will collaborate with security agencies to stem the tide.
The State resident Electoral Commiasioner, Olusegun Agbaje assured political parties that the commission will be neutral and fair to all political parties.
Representatives of political parties commended INEC for the steps taken so far.
