Jose Mourinho explains why Manchester United can’t attack like Liverpool or Manchester City

Jose Mourinho admits Manchester United are unable to replicate Manchester City and Liverpool’s attacking threat due to their fragility in defence.
United travel to Burnley on Sunday off the back of two consecutive defeats in the premiere league, while the pressure continues to mount on Mourinho.
The Portuguese’s playing style has been widely criticised but the 55-year-old believes his defence needs to be better in order for United’s attack to improve.
‘We will try. We are going to try, you know,’ said Mourinho.
‘It’s a process that has risks especially if you make the defensive mistakes that breaks that dynamic.
‘The teams that are really, really good offensively are the teams that are very, very solid from the back.’
Asked if United can play like City or Liverpool: ‘They play the way they play, and we play the way we play.
‘I don’t even want to try to say something in relation to that.
