Paul Pogba has told Manchester United chiefs that he is determined to leave Old Trafford in the January transfer window, according to reports.
United spent Ā£89 million on re-signing the 25-year-old from Juventus in 2016 but the midfielder has failed to find a consistent level under Jose Mourinho.
Last season, Pogba was involved in a bust-up with Mourinho, while last month the France international indicated that he remains unhappy at Old Trafford.
ā€˜If youā€™re not happy, you cannot give your best,ā€™ Pogba said following the 2-1 win over Leicester City.
ā€˜There are things I cannot say otherwise I will get fined.ā€™
According to the Sunday Express, Pogba has already informed Unitedā€™s hierarchy of his plans to leave in January in order to give the club enough time to find a replacement.

Pogbaā€™s agent Mino Raiola had been in talks with Barcelona during the summer transfer window but the midfielder is now targeting a return to Juventus.
