BAFARAWA PROMISES TO RESTRUCTURE NIGERIA IF VOTED PRESIDENT

Former Governor of Sokoto State, Atthairu Bafarawa, on Monday promised
to give room for restructuring and pay attention to the growth of the
economy of the nation, if voted in as the president in 2019.
Bafarawa who made the promise during press briefing in Akure,
immediately after his meeting with the leaders of a Yoruba
Socio-cultural organization, Afenifere, said, restructuring means
development hence, he is going to make adopt the outcome of the 2014
National conference held under the the former President Jonathan’s
administration.
“We are going to liaise with the National Assembly and the judiciary
to extrapolate outcomes of past national conferences and discourses,
with a view to restructuring our nation to meet the yearnings and
aspirations of the citizenry.
“We shall strengthen the principles of separation of power and ensure
strict adherence to the rule of law,” he said
