ADEMOLA ADELEKE TO BE QUIZZED BY THE POLICE FOR CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY AND IMPERSONATION

The police have invited the People’s Democratic Party aspirant in Saturday’s Osun governorship election, Senator Ademola Adeleke, to the Force Headquarters, Abuja, for arraignment over alleged examination malpractice, criminal conspiracy, and impersonation.
Police spokesman, Jimoh Moshood said in a statement on Wednesday, that it had filed charges of examination malpractice, criminal conspiracy, impersonation, breach of duty and aiding and abetting against the aspirant and his four co-accused.
Adeleke was asked to report to the Special Investigation Panel
alongside one Sikiru Adeleke, the Principal of Ojo-Aro Community Grammar School, Alhaji Aregbesola Mufutau, a worker who facilitated the registration of candidates for the National Examination Council in the school, Mr.Gbadamosi Ojo and a teacher who allegedly facilitated the crime, Mr. Dare Olutope.
The charges were filed at the Federal High Court, Abuja under the Examination Malpractice Act, CAP E15, 2004, today.
