ORO WORSHIPPERS AND MUSLIMS CLASH IN IBADAN – MANY INJURED

Worshippers of Oro and Islamic faithfuls engaged in a bloody conflict Friday night when the latter were exercising their annual rituals,known as oro festival, in Iseyin, Oyo State.
According to lindaikejisblog, the Oro worshippers allegedly attacked Muslims and threw stones at their mosque. The attack was reportedly unprovoked and ended with adherents of both religions badly injured.
The report said, head of the Oro worshippers has been arrested and now in police custody.
