POLICE: ETIM EKPO, UKANAFUN YOUTHS LAY DOWN YOUR ARMS WITHIN 5 DAYS
The Police Command in Akwa Ibom on Friday enticed the angry youths of Etim Ekpo and Ukanafun local government areas to surrender their arms within five days and let there be peace.
The plea is enclosed in a report signed by DSP MacDon Odiko, the Command’s Public Relations Officer (PPRO), and made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Uyo.
The statement also instructed the distressed youths to gather at Central School, Ikot Akpankuk, Ukanafun, to submit their arms for documentation from Sept. 22 to Sept. 26
