Nigeria’s Super Eagles goalkeeper, Ikechukwu Ezenwa has vowed to fight for the number one shirt in the goal keeping department of the team.

Despite losing Super Eagles’ starting role to Francis Uzoho, the Enyimba man said he is ready to keep proving his worth

The 29-year-old who played a key role in the Super Eagles’ qualification for the 2018 Fifa World Cup with imposing displays, however, lost his place to the Spain based goalkeeper few months to the championship in Russia.

Gernot Rohr’s men face Libya in Saturday’s Africa Cup of Nations qualification clash  and he is expected to challenge Uzoho and Daniel Akpeyi for a starting role.
