IGHALO HITS THREE AS NIGERIA THRASHES LIBYA 4-NIL

China based Nigerian international, Odion Ighalo scores hatrick to end his goal drought in the Super Eagles and help the team to a four goal wrought of the Libyans.
Ighalo who won a penalty for Nigeria due to an error by the Libyan goalkeeper, in the early minutes of the game, scored through the spot kick.
He doubled the lead in the 58th minute of the second stanza of the game despite the meditaranians’ show of strong attitude to come back into the game.
The former Watford striker completed his awesome performance on the day, with a third goal in the 69th minute before being substituted for Isaac Success who was making his comeback into the national team.
Samuel Kalu made it four for Nigeria with a super outside-18-yard-shot.
With the win, Nigeria is placed second on the group E table of the 2019 AFCON qualifiers, with 6 points behind 7-point South Africans who beat Seychelles earlier 6-0 earlier today.
Nigeria’s next duty comes on Tuesday against Libya, away from home.
The return leg match kicks off by 8:00pm Nigerian time.
