35 YEAR OLD ARRESTED FOR VIOLATING A 5 YEAR OLD GIRL

The International Federation of Women Lawyers, (FIDA), Benue State chapter, on Tuesday effected the arrest of a 35-year-old man, Haruna Shauibu, who was allegedly caught raping a 5-year-old orphan identified as Rukaya.
According to a human rights activist, Ukan Kurugh, the suspect was caught in the act, yesterday, around Wadata in Makurdi.
Rukaya was rushed to a hospital and her treatment commenced immediately, while the suspect has since been arraigned in court.
