GUNMEN OPEN FIRE ON A RESTAURANT IN PROT HARCOURT, KILL THREE
It was business as usual on Monday, November 26, 2018, at about 9:00 pm at Jovit fast food at Alakahia junction, near UPTH, Port Harcourt, when the gunmen arrived at the place and began shooting.
Customers and staff ran for dear lives. Unfortunately, two Jovit staff, named Divine and Progress were shot dead. A man who sells CDs close to the area was also gunned down.
Police reportedly arrived two hours later, at about 11 pm. The bodies of the young men who were fatally shot have now deposited at the UPTH mortuary near the University of Port Harcourt.
