Multiple business owner, Leke Yusuf ’s love and passion for business and entrepreneur may have been in-born, as the seasoned and award winning CEO revealed how he began making solutions out of his own personal needs when he designed his size-48-shoe in his early teenage.
Leke Yusuf who is the CEO of Born Huge, 3Sixtyworld Tv, Alvoice Solution, CNG, HefR’ world, hotjist.com and many other businesses, made this known on Thursday, while speaking with Star FM’s Taiye Akinpelu on Business Hangout.
The indigene of Ibadan, Oyo State while sharing his experience and challenges as a business owner and entrepreneur in Lagos explained that, identifying a societal need and solving it, is the first step to becoming a successful ‘CEO’.
“Where we come in is, what do people need? What do people want? What information are they trying to get? And then we look at services that will serve your purpose, that will help you meet up your need. It could be educational, it could be entertainment, it could be sport, it could be things about entrepreneurship, it could be agriculture, it could be anything”, He said.
He added that, when he was 14 years old and he was finding it difficult to find his shoe-size due to his relatively large legs, he thought about and started making his own shoes and today he owns a shoe company known as HefR’World, makers of top quality shoes that give their customers one year warranty.
On funding for businesses, Yusuf suggested that for some, all what is needed is, “integrity and ingenuity”.
