Real Madrid defender, Dani Carvajal has an accusing finger to the club’s home grown players over  the Los Blancos’ 3-0 defeat by CSK Moscow in the Champions League encounter played on Wednesday night.

Three goals from Fyodor Chalov, Georgi Shchennikov and Arnor Sigurdsson ensured the Russian side defeated Real Madrid in front of their home fans.

Madrid coach, Santiago Solari made seven changes to his starting XI that defeated Huesca 1-0 in La Liga last weakened.

Carvajal has now questioned the attitude of Madrid’s home grown players by blaming them for their lacklustre performance against the visitors.

He, however, suggested Madrid’s young players are not good enough for the first team.

“Three weeks ago there was talk that the homegrown players could play,” Carvajal said.

“But it turns out that they might not worthy of the first team.”

Carvajal added: “This was an inconsequential match for those who want to see it like that. It’s an official match, it was not a good match. The first part we had enough opportunities but we had defensive errors and CSKA Moscow condemned us.

“We’re frustrated by the defeat at home but we finished first in the group and that was the objective.

“These are evaluations that the coach has to do, we are all fit to be here but it is difficult for Solari.”

Real Madrid will now tackle Rayo Vallecano on Saturday in their next fixture in the La Liga.
