CARDI B CRITICISES TRUMP OVER US GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN
Cardi B has publicly gave her opinion on the US government shutdown.
In a video trending online, the rapper posted on her Instagram handle a statement that rebuked Trump, she also advised her fans that it is time for them to take necessary action.
She expressed her disappointment that federal workers are currently being expected to work without pay.
“Hey y’all! I just want to remind you because it has been a little over three weeks,” she said. “Trump is now ordering, as in summoning, federal government workers to go back to work without getting paid.”
She warned anyone about to compare the shutdown with the one that occurred during Obama’s presidency, which lasted 17 days, during the dispute over the Affordable Care Act, that: “b****, that was for healthcare.”
“So your grandma could go check her blood pressure and you b****** could go check your p**** at the gynecologist with no motherf****** problem.”
“Our country is in a hell hole right now,” she added. “We really need to take this serious. I feel like we need to take some action. B****, I’m scared.”
