SUPER EAGLES’ JOEL OBI SET TO JOIN ALANYASPOR IN TURKEY
Super Eagles midfielder Joel Obi is set to dump Serie A side Chievo Verona for Turkish Super Lig club Alanyaspor according to sources in Italy.
Italian journalist David Amoyal via Di Marzio reported that the former Inter Milan defensive midfielder is set to start the next chapter of his career in the Turkish Super Lig.
According to Di Marzio, Alanyaspor are on the verge of acquiring the 28-year-old midfielder, so far this season Obi has appeared in 11 matches for Chievo in the Italian Serie A.
Obi was a member of the Super Eagles squad at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
