NIGERIADECIDES2019: 10 – 8; BUHARI RETAINS THE LEAD

After the collation of presidential election results from 18 states including the FCT by INEC, incumbent president, Muhammadu Buhari, who is the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, is still at the forefront, winning in 10 states, with 3,177,159.
Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP Atiku Abubakar who is a former vice-president, so far has polled a total number of 2,459,153 votes, having won in 8 states, including the FCT.
Meanwhile INEC has gone on recess, to reconvene by 3pm
