BREAKING: INCUMBENT PRESIDENT, BUHARI DECLARED 2019 PRESIDENT-ELECT
Following the official announcement of the presidential results from all the 36 states and the FCT by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Muhammadu Buhari, candidate of the All progressive Congress, APC has been declared winner and president-elect of the 2019 presidential election.
According to the Chairman of the Commission, Buhari scored a total number of 15, 191,847 votes, beating closest rival, Atiku Abubakar of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, who scored 11,262,978 votes.

Buhari who defeated Atiku with a margin of 3,928,869 votes to clinch victory and second-term in office, will be presented certificate of return by the INEC Chairman by 2pm today, Wednesday.
