PSG BEAT REAL MADRID TO SIGN PLAYMAKER, SARABIA FROM SEVILLA

French club, Paris Saint-Germain have confirmed the signing of Pablo Sarabia from Sevilla for a fee of 20 million euros.
Sarabia who had attracted interest from Spanish giants, Real Madrid after an incredible 2018/2019 season, signed a five-year deal at the Parc des Princes.
Last year in he totalled 23 goals and 17 assists in all competitions and was alongside Lionel Messi as LaLiga Santander’s best assist maker with 13.
Sevilla had tried to renew his deal right up until the last day, but nothing was finalised.
The playmaker was signed by Sevilla in 2016 for a bargain price of 400,000 euros from Getafe. Arriving at Sevilla as a winger, he was moved infield to play behind the strikers.
Sarabia had offers for the past couple of years but with PSG‘s interest he was able to make the move to a top European side with ambitions of winning not only domestic trophies, but the Champions League as well.
