Veteran journalist and media law expert, Richard Akinnola has slammed media aide to former president, Goodluck Jonathan’s for ‘insulting’ Nobel Laureate, Wole Soyinka after the police shut down the venue where he was supposed to deliver an address on insecurity.

Hotjist had reported earlier how Omokri blasted the Nobel Laureate whom he said is reaping what he sowed, saying he was part of those who ushered in the present administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.

Reacting to Omokri’s post, Richard Akinnola strongly called out #Freeleahsharibu advocate, calling him q coward.

Akinnola who shared this via his Facebook page wrote:

‘Reno, you are an idiot. Yes, you are. I supported Buhari in 2015, so what? That some of us didn’t support your boss, Jonathan was out of choice. You are just a bloody coward, staying in the comfort of UK and throwing missiles against the government across the sea. If you know you are bold enough, come back to Nigeria and belch out your nonsensical gibberish. Some of us were offered asylum abroad during the Abacha time but we turned it down, preferring to die here. How old were you then and what did you do? Now you stay in the comfort of UK to be throwing missiles in order to be relevant. Bloody coward.’
