Osun State’s Governor Gboyega Oyetola claims he is convinced he would win the ongoing governorship election.
After casting his ballot, he addressed the media and said this.
On Saturday, he voted in the Boripe Local Government Area’s Osun Central Senatorial District at the Ward 1, LA School, Popo, Iragbiji voting place.
Around 10:35 am, the governor arrived and was welcomed by the on-duty election officials.
The governor is one of 14 candidates running in the race.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) received praise from Mr. Oyetola for the election.
But he claimed that the “process is slow,” and that was his “sole concern.”
He added that he has seen many voters who were eager about the election.
