NPFL 2023: 3SC RETAINS 18 PLAYERS FROM LAST SEASON SQUAD
Prior to the 2022/2003 NPFL season, the management of Shooting Stars haveĀ revealed a list of 18 players they intend to keep.
The Ibadan-based team look to be rebuilding the squad after managing to escape relegation last term.
With only one point separating them from teams headed for the bottom division, their 48 points in 38 games, tied with 17th-placed Katsina United, was enough to retain them in the top division.
This change comes afterĀ head coach, Edith Olumide Agoye, left the clubĀ on Thursday.
The management advised the chosen players to return right away following the announcement of a new Head Coach. Additionally, they appreciated the team’s work and contributions from the previous campaign.
The 18 players include:
