
JUST IN: LAGOS POLICE WARNS CITIZENS AGAINST POST ELECTION VIOLENCE
The Lagos State Police Command has warned Lagosians not to “forment trouble and wreak havoc” as a result of the presidential and national assembly elections held yesterday.
The warning is contained in a social media post by the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin on his Twitter handle on Saturday afternoon.
“Available intel suggests some people have concluded plans to foment trouble & wreak havoc.
“Kindly note that such attempts would be crushed decisively.
“Our election security architecture has not been drawn down.
“Anarchy will not be allowed!
“Remain law-abiding. Be guided!”
