
AMIS ANNOUNCES DATE FOR OYO STATE MOCK EXAM

The Oyo State Chapter of the Association of Model Islamic Schools (AMIS), Nigeria, has announced the date for the state’s annual primary and junior secondary mock exams.
The 10th edition of the exam for students preparing for their Basic Education Certificate Examination (JSS3 students) and their placement examination (Primary School leavers) is scheduled to take place across all 33 local government areas of Oyo State, according to a statement from the chief examiner, Mallam Dhulkifli Abdul Azeez Olabiyi.
The Primary mock is slated to commence 8 a.m. on Saturday, March 25 with an estimated 13,000 candidates expected while the BECE mock is set for Saturday, April 1st and 8th at 8 a.m. with an estimated number of 3,000 candidates across all local governments
Olabiyi explained that the examinations is organized to evaluate the ability of the pupils to detect their weeknesses and work towards improving them.
Students were urged to arrive at the examination centers on time and to also appear in their respective school uniforms.
The exams will also be held in centres across all local governments of respective states by AMIS Chapters in the South West, including Ondo, Lagos, Ekiti, and Kwara State.
