FRAUD ALERT: NO N5,000 EXTRA PAYMENT FOR BECE – LAGOS EXAMS BOARD WARNS

The Lagos State Examinations Board has alerted members of the public about a fraudulent impostor, purpotedly acting on behalf of the Board by requesting for N5,000 for the Year 2023 Basic Education Certificate Examination ( BECE) Practicals .
In a statement signed by the Board’s Director, Adebayo Orunsolu, he said “The Examinations Board wishes to advise all stakeholders to denounce/disregard this false information about the Practical Fee being circulated by an impostor named, Akano Adebayo with an Access Bank, Account Number: 0034954054
“The Board hereby states categorically that her registration for Year 2023 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) is online and no individual is authorized to collect money on behalf of the Board and she does not charge for Practicals separately.
“The Public is therefore advised not to transact any business with any individual acting on behalf of the Board.”
