By Adeniyi Onaara
Prince Dapo Abiodun, Governor of Ogun State, has been sworn in for a second term.
On Monday, Abiodun and his deputy, Noimot Salako-Oyedele, were sworn in by Mosunmola Dipeolu, Chief Justice of Ogun State, at the MKO Abiola Stadium in Kuto, Abeokuta.
The governor won his second term after defeating the Peoples Democratic Party’s nominee, Ladi Adebutu, in the state’s governorship election on March 18.
Adebutu, on the other hand, has filed a lawsuit against Abiodun and the All Progressives Congress at the election tribunal.
