WHY I LOVE AND SUPPORT MANCHESTER UNITED IS “ANNOYING” – AYRA STARR
By Adeniyi Onaara
Ayra Starr, a.k.a. the “Sabi girl,” has shared her odd justification for backing Manchester United.
The quickly rising Mavin star stated that her brother’s constant, entertaining but obnoxious football commentary was what made her fall in love with the Red Devils.
In an exclusive interview with the club’s official magazine, “Inside United,” she discussed how her siblings got her interested in football and how that cultivated her love for ManU.
When questioned about the origins of her passionate devotion to the team, Celestial replied, “I started following Manchester United because of my brothers.Their conversation about football was entertaining and occasionally grating, but if you hang around long enough, it starts to rub off on you, and gradually the initiation turns into automatic.”
I’ve had great experiences watching Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney, and Robin van Persie, the Afropop vocalist gushed when asked to name her four brave footballers from the well-known English club.
I adore Patrice Evra’s character as well, but a lot of it developed after he left the team and started being quite active on Instagram.
When your team is blessed with talent of this kind, it is simple to participate in enthusiastic conversation with your brothers. I treasured these players for their unmatched abilities.
