‘MY MIDDLE NAME IS KARDASHIAN,’ KOURTNEY RESPONDS TO TROLLS

Kourtney Kardashian is proud of her family name and does not hide it.
The actress recently responded to a troll who pointed out that she did not drop her maiden name in her Instagram comment box.
Kourtney Kardashian, the oldest of the Kardashian women, wedded her lover Travis Barker in 2022. The 44-year-old also recently announced her pregnancy with her spouse, which will be her fourth child.
On Thursday, June 29, 2023, the actress shared a photo of her renewed driver’s license, which read “Kourtney Kardashian Barker” as opposed to “Kourtney Mary Barker”. A condescending troll took to her comment section, saying, “You can’t even give up the Kardashian name, should have just been Kourtney Barker”, accompanied by multiple laughing emoji’s.
The troll was implying that the actress did not want to be associated with the powers and opportunities that come with the Kardashian name, thus she refused to relinquish it. Kourtney, on the other hand, responded to her remark by adding, “I am Kourtney Barker, and my middle name is now Kardashian.” It’s a fairly typical approach.”
Similarly, while married to Kanye West from 2014 until 2022, Kourtney’s younger sister Kim arranged her name in the same way. Before their divorce was confirmed in 2022, she went by ‘Kim Kardashian West’, effectively substituting her true middle name, ‘Noel’.
While some believe the star should have gone the more traditional path and ditched her maiden name entirely in favor of ‘Barker,’ others support her, stating that her way is okay too.
