DAVIDO SPEAKS OUT AMID PREGNANCY ACCUSATIONS
By Adeniyi Onaara
OBO has broken his silence, but not in the way you expected.
Davido has turned to Twitter to thank his fans for their support in his most recent tweet.
David Adeleke, also known as Davido, extended his appreciation to his fans for their support. This occurred during the baby mama and pregnancy scandal that occurred during the last week of June 2023.
Following his spectacular performance at the Afronation Festival finale in Portugal, the afrobeats musician rushed to Twitter to thank his fans.
“Thankful for the most amazing fans, thankful that you come out every time to support and watch me do what I love the most,” he tweeted. This is not something I take for granted.
Last week, the singer faced backlash on social media for days due to adultery and pregnancy allegations leveled against him by three women.
The first was Anita Brown, an American who claimed the singer impregnated her and showed up with receipts to confirm their sexual meetings.
Then came a 22-year-old Frenchwoman named Ivanna Bey, who made the same claims and provided the same documentation.
The final was a Nigerian lady named Chisom, who claimed that the entertainer paid her off to have an abortion after impregnating her; she also uploaded documentation to establish that they had sexual relations.
Davido announced his engagement to his fiancée, Chioma Rowland, in early 2023. As a result of this, the supposed pregnancy reports generated a lot of attention and trended for several days.
The artist has yet to respond to these allegations and has remained mute on the subject.
