TRADE PROMOTION BOARD OF LCCI SET FOR ICTEL EXPO 2023
The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s promotion board on Tuesday, held a media launch in anticipation for the Information Communication and Telecommunications EXPO (ICTEL Expo 2023), which will hold in Lagos on 25th and 26th of July, 2023.

Kunle Adebowale, Chairman of the Specialized Exhibition Committee at LCCI, reiterated the event’s goal during a press conference in Lagos, saying that it was to demonstrate the potent forces of technological disruption and the creation of new economic opportunities, thereby fostering innovation across industries.
Adebowale expressed his appreciation for the Trade Promotion Board’s ongoing support to Dr. Michael Olawale Cole, President and Chairman of the Council of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI).
He also commended the Specialized Expo Committee, the ICTEL Coopted Planning Committee, and the Secretariat staff for their unrelenting dedication to making this premier tech conference and expo a success.
While recognizing the media’s crucial function as the Private Sector’s voice in Nigeria, Eng. Leye Kupoluyi appreciated them for their support.
The Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy, the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation, the Nigerian Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Galaxy Backbone Limited, Rack Centre, the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund, Exam Padi, Arnergy, and other reputable companies were among those he thanked for their assistance and support. Their participation strengthens the group’s attempt to innovate and change industries.
Kupoluyi stressed the significance of giving Nigerian businesses a forum to demonstratively show off their technological advancements, allowing them to increase market share, client loyalty, and worldwide competitiveness.
The event will feature visual presentations on current advancements in the delivery of healthcare, education, and healthcare, according to Dr. Chinyere Almona, director general of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI).
She appreciated their significant role in the prior ICTEL event’s success and stressed the significance of their ongoing widespread publicity to ensure the effect and reach of ICTEL 2023.
Almona further noted that during product promo sessions, exhibitors would have the chance to market their goods and services, and that during pitch sessions, tech companies would showcase their ground-breaking concepts to possible sponsors and investors.
Additionally, speeches will be given by students from secondary schools and postsecondary institutions, and the entire event will be live-streamed on social media.
