President Bola Tinubu has traveled back to Abuja, from Nairobi, Kenya, where he attended the 5th Mid-Year Coordination Meeting of the African Union (AU) .
Around 4:20 PM, Tinubu landed at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport’s Presidential Wing.
In his capacity as the Chairman of the Authority of the Heads of State and Government of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), President Tinubu attended the event. On Saturday, he departed from Abuja.
While in Nairobi, the President worked with other African leaders to produce a declaration that reaffirmed Africa’s power and solidarity while categorically rejecting the idea of a fresh race for the continent.
