SHOOTING STARS AND REMO STARS SUPPORTERS SETTLE FANS’ TROUBLE
Shooting Stars and Remo Stars’ supporters met to improve their relationship ahead of the upcoming Nigeria Professional Football League.
Delegation of the Sky Blue Stars supporters club met with the Oluyole Warriors supporters on Monday at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Ibadan.
Both delegates agreed on how to educate fans on acts to avoid violence during and after games.
They also decided to put modalities in place for a lasting solution to the rancour between them before the start of the new NPFL season.
Encounters between both sides have experienced unruly acts in the past with injuries and destruction of properties at stadiums.
Shooting Stars will kick-start their NPFL campaign on Sunday against Plateau United in Ibadan.
