BREAKING: LABOUR PARTY REJECTS TRIBUNAL’S JUDGEMENTS
The Labour Party (LP) has rejected the decisions made by the Presidential Election Petitions Court in regards to the party’s petitions contesting President Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC)’s election victory in the election held on February 25, 2023.
Obiora Ifoh, the LP’s national publicity secretary, claimed that justice had not been done in the party’s complaints against the APC and Tinubu in a statement following the Tribunal’s decision on Wednesday.
Additionally, he stated that after consulting with its solicitors and getting the Certified True Copy of the judgements, the Labour Party will announce its next course of action.
