#JUSTICE4MOHBAD: LAGOS WALK CANCELLED, LASU SUG PULLS OUT
Organisers of the planned peaceful walk to demand for justice on behalf of late rapper Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba a.k.a. Mohbad, have cancelled the event.
The event which was scheduled to hold on Wednesday in Lagos was cancelled out of fear that it could be hijacked by hoodlums.
One of the organisers, Iyabo Ojo, a Nollywood actress, said in a post “Because the rally/protest in Abeokuta was hijacked, we’ll have to cancel tomorrow’s peaceful walk for Mohbad.”
Also, the Students Union Government (SUG) of the Lagos State University (LASU), Ojoo; advised their members to “stay away from any form of rally, as our students need to be preserved from the effects of this movement.”
