NPFL: STADIUM SECURITY MAN ENGAGE KWARA UNITED OFFICIALS IN A FIGHT (VIDEO)
Ahead of Nigeria Premier Football League Matchday 3 clash between Rivers United of Port-Harcourt and Kwara United Football Club, Ilorin; a fight ensued between a security guard at the Adokie Amiesimaka, Port Harcourt.
In what appeared to be a disagreement over the use of the main bowl by the squad of Kwara United.
In a post on its Facebook account, Kwara United, they wrote;
“It was an ugly situation this evening at Adokie Amiesimaka 🏟️ Port Harcourt as we were denied access into the Main-Bowl ahead of the #NPFL24 #MD3 encounter 🆚 @RiversUnitedFC tomorrow, 15/10/2023 claiming it was an order from above. We eventually loose up at the pitch-B of the 🏟️”
The management of the Adokiale Ameisimaka Stadium nor that of Rivers United are yet to issue an official statement on the matter.
