BREAKING: STUDENT LOAN SCHEME TO COMMENCE IN JANUARY 2024 – TINUBU
As the administration’s Student Loans Scheme kicks out in January of next year, resident Bola Tinubu has guaranteed that the period of industrial activities in the country’s academic environment has come to an end.
Speaking on Monday at the 29th annual Nigerian Economic Summit, which is hosted by the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) and takes place at the Transcorp Hilton in Abuja, President Tinubu provided the guarantee.
Speaking at length on his administration’s intentions to restore the economy with the help of all parties, particularly the business sector, Tinubu also stressed the importance of starting a sustainable credit programme right away, claiming that doing so will support a successful anti-corruption effort.
He said: “By January 2024, the new Students Loan Programme must commence. To the future of our children and students we’re saying no more strikes.
